this week...

This week at BSU we're continuing to our study on the Sermon on the Mount. Glen Galey (an insurance guru and a Sunday school teacher at First Baptist, Hattiesburg) will be our guest on Tuesday night. He's speaking on Matthew 7:7-12. Then on Thursday, Randy Price will share about his favorite passage of scripture and what God's Word means to him. Randy owns the Randy Price Clothing Store. Looking forward to having these two guys. 

Let me add that we're also having BSU Leadership Team interviews on Thursday and Friday. We're interviewing 47 students all afternoon on Thursday and all day on Friday. Yes, we do need your prayer! It's alot to process when you hear that many hearts then we have to find places for them to serve. Not all of them will be selected either. It's not an easy job. 

We're also in the middle of getting ready to take 27 to Baltimore for Spring Break. We'll meet tonight at 8:30 to work on our plans. Our main job during the trip is to do sports camps in a needy part of Baltimore. Gonna be a great way to show people that Jesus is alive and that He loves them. We'll leave next Friday, March 13 and come back Friday, March 20th. 

There will also be another team headed down to Panama City, FL during Spring Break to take part in Beach Reach. Beach Reach is a chance for students to reach out to other students who are not making godly choices. Pray for them as well!
